Is this business a scam? What can this MLM company offer me? When I sign up, who do turn to for help? Who's going to mentor me? Will I lose my shirt in this business? Will my family and friends think any less of me if I take a chance on this MLM? Aren't MLM's bad?

These are just some questions that you might have when you first sit in an "opportunity" meeting. Every question that you have is important in your decision. You don't want to get burned on a bad decision. Making a decision like this can be difficult and this article will help make this easier.

Questions to Ask Yourself Before Joining Jus International

1. Your Potential Sponsor - Take some time evaluating the person(s) recruiting. Are they someone you can count on to mentor you? Are they generally successful in business and in life? What types of activities do they do that may add value?

2. Upper Management Team- It is important that management have a track record of success. You cannot compromise this. Any company that does not have strong leadership is sure to fail.

3. Product(s) - Clearly the products offered must be top of the line. The general public should be receptive to any trends or demand the product. The consumption of products can allow a company to offer fewer goods and still be successful. Evaluate other similar products/services and see how they compare. Are there any products/services that are better? Can the company improve? What kind of competition can this company expect?

4. Compensation Plan - The compensation plan should be comparable to other companies. If a new to network marketing prospect were to take a look at the plan, they should understand it and feel comfortable with the terms. Remember when you choose an MLM company that the compensation plan needs to be the right fit for you. Some plans are tailored to different types of people. Find one that fits you style. Lastly, calculate the breakeven point, so you know how much money you need to make to succeed.

5. Honesty/Integrity - I feel that this is an important aspect in the decision making process. Success in MLM's is easier said than done. When a potential sponsor, or representative states a "guarantee" related to income, they're not telling you the truth. This is now also against the law. An assurance of achiveving success is not credible. As a matter of fact, some will spend more than they make. Trust is the foundation of business and you should only work with people you trust. If your mother wanted to be involved would you let her?

6. Tools - A good MLM company will have tools for you. A top notch MLM company will have tools and they will teach you how to use them!! A successful upline mentor will factor in to this standard as well. Good tools to look for are downline tracking, free promotional materials, fully custom marketing, back office functionality, videos or CD's to help explain the opportunity and an upline mentor.
